Memphis P.D. Sue For Identities Of Critical Bloggers

Apparently, using your political power to negate the constitutional rights of others is not restricted to just the federal level of government. Maybe Memphis authorities are considering testing the waters of Bush administration precedents to see what they can get away with doing. Also, doesn't this action give more credence to the bloggers' original criticisms of the department? Talk about irony.
